For Corporates
Corporate
Leadership Development.
Capability builds a strong start. What decides whether it holds under real pressure, ambiguity, and constant change is something deeper: the inner qualities that shape how people think, feel, decide, and act, making growth coherent, observable, and self-sustaining.
Our Corporate programs bring this developmental architecture into your organisation, calibrated to entry-level hires, people leaders, and HR leadership.
The TEQM Difference
Beyond skills and competencies.
Flattened structures, matrix accountability, and AI-driven disruption are now the default condition leadership operates under. Under identical pressure, some leaders and teams translate it into performance. Others don't.
Competency frameworks and behavioural training build real capability, and remain essential. But as AI puts knowledge and skill increasingly within reach, technical capability becomes easier to automate, and capability alone stops being what separates one leader from another.
What separates them now is whether that capability holds up consistently, through judgment, adaptability, and relational intelligence, the human capacities that don't automate.
TEQM works at that layer. The Emergent Quality Model offers a foundational shift in how human development is understood and supported. Rather than prescribing behaviours or labelling traits, TEQM strengthens the inner qualities, clarity, humility, courage, and others like them, that shape how people think, feel, decide, and act.
These 43 interconnected qualities map across four developmental domains and nine layers of developmental readiness, tracing the movement from inner stability to integrated leadership.
43 Qualities · 4 Domains · 9 Layers
For any given role, transition, or moment, we draw a lens, five to seven qualities that matter most, each assessed against a clear developmental level and paired with focused practices to help it stabilise.
The 43 qualities are the architecture; the lens is what you actually work with, deceptively simple, and extremely effective.
Our Corporate Programs
Multiple pathways, one architecture.
Three programs apply the TEQM architecture across your organisation: Career Launch, People Leaders, and HR Leadership. Each combines assessment, a facilitated workshop, and detailed reporting, calibrated to the qualities most relevant to that level and demands of the role. People Leaders is scoped further into three distinct workshops, each built for a specific cohort and the pressure it's designed for. Each program is outlined below.

Every engagement is shaped by Kedar Lele, President of Haleon India Subcontinent and former Managing Director of Castrol India, and Dakshaka, a leadership and transformation practitioner with three decades across corporate leadership and organisational change. Workshops are delivered by Dakshaka.
Career Launch Program
For entry-level hires,
0 to 2 years' experience.
Organisations invest heavily in campus hiring and onboarding, yet outcomes diverge sharply within the first year, some hires build credibility and momentum immediately, others stall, and a portion leave before that investment is recovered.
Early-career success depends on more than technical readiness. It depends on professionalism and workplace behaviour, communicating with the right register, taking initiative at the right moments, and reading what a role actually demands. It also depends on building relationships across a new team, capacities that campus preparation rarely covers.
This program builds these capacities directly. The investment already made in bringing them in continues to compound.
People Leaders Programs
For people leaders,
the layer between strategy and execution.
Middle managers carry the greatest execution load in any organisation, translating strategy into action while absorbing volatility from every direction, often without full control over the outcomes they're held accountable for. It's also the layer under the greatest strain, caught between what leadership expects and what teams can actually deliver.
Three distinct workshops address this, each built for a different pressure: Strategic Influence, for aligning stakeholders without formal authority; Ownership Mandate, for converting ambiguity into accountable action; and Leading Without Certainty, for staying decisive when the ground won't settle.
A single manager may find more than one relevant over time, but each runs as its own engagement, and not as a module within a shared program.
HR Leadership Program
For the HR and L&D function,
one workshop calibrated by role.
Every disruption reaching the organisation reaches HR first, whether sensed by an HR Business Partner embedded in a team or held at enterprise level by a CHRO. Global engagement is at a multi-year low, and HR sits closest to why.
One workshop brings the full HR and L&D function into the same room, HR Business Partners and CHROs alike, each assessed against what their own role actually demands. Individual results stay confidential to each participant; the organisation receives a function-wide view across both tracks.
HR is being asked to carry more than administrative stewardship: positioning workforce strategy as a driver of enterprise value, and naming risks others avoid raising. This program builds the capacity to do both, at every level of the function.
How It Works
The engagement, end to end.
Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation, understanding your organisation's priorities and the context shaping this cohort. From there, cohort size and scheduling are agreed directly with your organisation.
Cohorts & Pricing
Cohorts are kept intentionally small, 8 to 24 participants, so each session can move between reflection, discussion, and individual attention without losing depth to scale. Organisations with larger populations run multiple cohorts. Program investment is scoped the same way, shaped by cohort size and delivery format, so you're not paying for a fixed package that doesn't fit your organisation.
Takeaways
Each participant leaves with a personal report and an individualised developmental plan. Organisations receive a cohort report that reveals shared patterns across the group and where developmental investment will have the greatest impact, a clear, evidence-based view to bring back to your leadership team, whether the conversation is about succession readiness, retention risk, or where to invest next.
Explore the reportsWorkshop Structure
The workshop itself runs for 3 hours and 15 minutes, in person, across two sessions, moving throughout between guided framing, personal reflection, group discussion, and applied practice, never a lecture carried straight through.
Session 1, 60 minutes, opens experientially, making it directly felt that self-perception is often incomplete, before introducing the quality as the real unit of development and opening genuine discussion on what actually separates strong performance from average.
The assessment follows: scenario-based, untimed, and typically taking 20 to 25 minutes. The personal report becomes available immediately afterward, and results are confidential, shared only with the individual participant. This full window, assessment, report, and break, runs 45 minutes before Session 2 begins.
Session 2, 90 minutes, interprets each person's data against what their role actually demands, grounding the possibility of change in evidence rather than assertion. It closes with an open floor for what remains unresolved.
Extending the engagement
For organisations that wish to sustain momentum, the engagement extends beyond the workshop itself: a cohort check-in, typically three to six months later; individual 1:1 sessions, 30 minutes per participant, for those who want to go deeper; and the option to repeat the assessment to track movement against the original baseline.
